2. Scope, Purpose, and Legal Basis of Processed Data
We exclusively process personal data that is strictly necessary to achieve a specific purpose. Our Company does not use automated decision-making or profiling.
2.1. Website Quote Requests and Contact Form
When you request a quote or send us a message via our website, we process the data necessary to contact you and respond.
- Processed data: Name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), address details (zip code, city, street - optional), type of examination, and the content of the message. In addition, technical data strictly necessary for spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Purpose of data processing: Preparing and sending quotes, answering inquiries, and protecting the website against automated bots.
- Legal basis: Your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), and taking steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Regarding bot protection, legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
- Duration: Until the quote is accepted or rejected, or until the communication is concluded.
2.2. Newsletter Subscription
You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter on our website to stay informed about our latest services and professional news.
- Processed data: Name, e-mail address.
- Purpose of data processing: Sending professional newsletters and marketing communications.
- Legal basis: Your explicit, voluntary consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
- Duration: Until consent is withdrawn (unsubscription). You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the newsletter.

If you accept a quote, we process the data necessary to fulfill the ordered service.
- Processed data: Name, address, billing address, e-mail address, phone number, work number, test results, test fee.
- Purpose of data processing: Fulfillment of the service, communication of results, financial settlement.
- Legal basis: Performance of a contract and legal (accounting) obligation.
- Duration: For the retention period prescribed by the Accounting Act (typically 8 years).
2.4. Applicants for Job Advertisements
- Processed data: The data you provide (e.g., CV, name, e-mail, phone number).
- Purpose of data processing: Decision-making regarding the establishment of an employment relationship.

- Duration: Until the conclusion of the selection process and decision-making.
2.5. Contacts of Contractual Partners

- Purpose of data processing: Keeping contact with the partner, ensuring business continuity.

- Duration: Until the termination of the contact person's status, or the accounting retention period of the contract.
3. Data Transfer and Data Processors
We only transfer your personal data to third parties based on a legal obligation or with your explicit authorization. However, to provide our services, we use external data processors (e.g., hosting providers):
- Hosting Provider: Oracle Corporation (Oracle Cloud) / Hetzner Online GmbH (Website hosting and secure storage of form data).
- Email and IT Provider: Tárhely.Eu Szolgáltató Kft. (1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán krt. 12-14., Hungary) (Management of company e-mails and newsletters).
- Spam Protection: Cloudflare Inc. (Protection of website forms against automated bots).
- Accounting: We strictly transfer only billing data to the data processor providing accounting services.
We only transfer personal data outside the European Union if an adequate level of protection can be ensured (e.g., based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for Cloudflare).
4. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access: You can request information about what data we process and for what purpose.
- Right to rectification: You can request the correction of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data.
